Warehouse Hall 1
Hall 1 built in 2000 with 9,000 m² of refrigerated space.
This refrigerated space ensures stability of temperature according to HACCP within the range of 0-18°C, exactly according to the requirements for the individual sorts of fruit and vegetables. Goods are short-term or long-term stored in iceboxes. The space for unloading of goods, preparation and shipping is refrigerated as well. Temperatures are continuously monitored and recorded by computer.
The most modern technology is used for fast and safe handling of goods. Precise electronic scales are used for weighing, which are regularly checked using etalons.
Strict adherence to working procedures and discipline of staff secure meeting all safety and hygienic regulations of the tightest Czech and European standards.
Problem-free obtainment of certifications, such as ISO and BRC in the past years and successful completion of all inspections of government authorities are evidence thereof.
Everyday, tens of trucks of fresh fruit and vegetables are received and shipped at both the halls and the quality department staff perform strict input inspection for maximal satisfaction of customers.
